You're absolutely right, Frank. The merger had the potential to give this stock the boost it needed. Instead, our responsible management let us down. We followed Jack Arnold, who led us to believe that the interests of the shareholders were the number one priority - "We greatly appreciate the patience and support we have received from our shareholders. It is our desire and firm intention to negotiate an agreement which will best represent the interests of our shareholders who are the owners of Corporate Vision" (Jack Arnold, 11/19/97 Press Release.) Here's to you Jack. The "Italian Salute" from the Ricstar.

As a late night afterthought, since it appears that Jack, at one time, recognized that the shareholders are the owners of Corporate Vision, and since it appears that the shareholders are dissatisfied with the agreement and the outrageous reverse split, shouldn't it follow that Jack should recognize the will of the "owners" and modify or nullify this deal. Talk is cheap, Jack.
