John - earnings of 9 cents was far lower than I expected. We do not know how the revenues were booked (I mean the cut off date for reporting purposes). May be the next qtr will show more earnings. Just when the stock recovers, Gruder may hit it with a secondary. Soemone's remark about an engineer being a marketing guy: an engineer-turned-businessman with a better mouse-trap would think that people will find him because his mouse-trap is better than anyone else'. Your points are well taken and perhaps have an exit strategy by now. Ram
