Brad and company are probably still thinking through how they want to handle the transition of members and others, and may be for some time.

If there are not yet any answers to the questions, perhaps Brad could give the thread at least a rough idea of 1)when members might know the decisions and 2)how those decisions will be communicated to the membership.
