Someone posted the Market Gauge cash levels of mutual funds link on this thread recently, and I can't find the post, however as a follow up, the thursday April 30 WSJ, page C1;

"Wisdom of Wall Street is Decidedly Short on Cash

In fact, it has been six years since the average recommended cash holding was as low as it is today, says Robin Carpenter of Carpenter Analytical Services......"

Lets' keep those dips to less than 3% hey?
