Convertible preferreds scare me to death. Another company that I am long on did one of these convertibles and then was illegally manipulated by the debt holder in an attempt to short the stock to zero. These things are a no lose for the debt holder. They convert at 25 percent of the five day average close as the second option. It is hard not to make money no matter how low this dog of a stock goes. Why is this burn rate so high? Has anyone seen numbers? Someone has to be getting paid way too much for this company to keep leaking money so badly. Good luck to us because we need it. This concept is great but execution has been way off. It is amazing to me that noone has come in at these levels and made a play. Maybe we have a misconception about the profitability of their target market.
