My good friend and dentist, who has recently purchased the wand, and has used it for only a month, gives it fair reviews.

He gives it very glowing marks,however, in a particular application. That application is a hard palate injection that,he says, allows him to deaden five teeth simultaneously, with markedly improved comfort.

He says he will continue to use the wand in his practice, even though it is a bit more time-consuming to do so.

As you say, it all depends upon with whom you speak.
