I would look for a more significant agreement than simply a straight 2 yr. rental arrangement.

Everyone knows that the field will narrow down quickly in SE's to a handful of players. Most large SE's are simply copying one another at this stage in the game. The key will be content and major alliances to attract the largest audience and therefore the largest customer base for products/services.

The race is on to be #1.
