Radio signals are triggered by unauthorized movement ---- I saw this being tested on TV5 (France) by one of the french auto manufacturers. I don't remember what company was the actual manufacturer of the system, but the auto company planned to start offering it as an option on more expensive vehicles, and insurers were talking about deep discounts for anyone with the system in place
