HVN... the .06 comes from Zacks... theoretically a fully diluted #... problem is, not all analysts are that clear about their basis for shares.... so what Zacks accepts as fully diluted is often in error..... for this quarter 2 analysts were at .07 and one was at .04... for an average of .06.... at least on house was pleasently surprised.... the other 2 may not consider it a miss.... most of their business was in the bag for the quarter.... because it is a corporate subscription service (rev/eps fairly easy to anticipate)...... expense control seemed decent.... so any variance from estimates is most likely share count... that's not the companies fault.... plus these estimates may have been determined before the new fully diluted reporting rules....
