that was the point. Service is important and I want to have some kind of contact at least an acknowledgement of receipt of my message. For all I know it might have gone to the wrong person,however, I feel a little embarrassed as last night I received an Investor Packet from QDEK with her card that was FEDexed to me.

No answer on the E-mail as of yesterday but I got the Packet. I read it last night and there was information that had I read it earlier would have not caused me to Sell even though I still have 2500 shares in my account.Clean Sweep and the Virus etc were all released last month so they havent had time to get to where they are contributing to the Bottom line.I will go ahead and but back another 1500 shares to round me out to 4000. I will do it in my IRA account as I can do it in my regular account due to the "Wash" rule.Dont like to get back the whole 3000 as I really dont like the latest quarter loss and the wait until things look better.
