Aleta, What if NETZ has complied with the 8K and given ESVS the audited financials in the allocated time? Does that mean they have to make them public at the exact same date? In basketball, I don't always tell the team what my reasoning is in all matters. It depends on the situation and the need to know basis. If NETZ has complied with the 8k to ESVS we should be "on track", if not, well...Does the 8K necessarily make the financials a PUBLIC record on the 45 day time limit? JAC
