As I have also mentioned, she appears to be a vehicle for Mr. Huttoe to laundry additional shares through. I have also uncovered that many of the New Board of Directors where actually appointed by Mr. Huttoe, and aggreed upon by Mr. Walther, the President. So the question is, how new and clean is the current management? Will stocks continue to be liquidated through close friends? Can anyone who has access to the S-8's share the names of some of the other large holders of stock in this company? Thanks for the feedback, and good luck to us all. My wife and I invested almost all of our IRA money against the better advice of our Broker. We are averaged at $3.55 per share and are down just over $15K. Serves me right I suppose, but I don't want to see people "Steal" from any of us and get away with it.
