Re: CHKE The 22% assumes they will continue a .50 quarterly dividend. Their release indicates that if all goes well they will pay .25 per quarter for the remainder of the year. The .50 appears to be a one timer upon reinstatement of the dividend.

They have $10 million in cash... but at a 1.17 in earnings a payout of 2.00 might not be prudent or they might go back to where they were when you owned em before (g)
