Bald Man: I figured out what the States are after, MONEY! I see the writing on the Wall, they will try to give MSFT a slap on the wrist, meaning try to get a Fine of some kind out of them so the Atty Generals can support their love life. When w98 gets the green light, the stock will pop up 10 points or so and if you are caught Short you might not have enough time to get out. Jim - Dallas
