David,

I believe Trooper's lawyer wants the Court to obtain the Dick Engineering drawings and specs so that the Court can compare this information with the 1992 Technical Manual which was delivered to Trooper. It will make it quite clear to Judge Cohen that it is impossible to build a plant from the 1992 info.

I expect a news release on Monday, May 4.
