Hello! Frank, I just read your posting #4418...........!!!!!!!! You mentioned in that posting that some of the same people that are involved in CVIA/WOTD are the same people involved in another company that you have indicated is now bankrupt but still trading as a shell! Two thoughts immediately come to mind! #1.- Have you contacted Jack and shared this information with him? If you decide to follow up with Jack may I ask you to post your findings/ feedback on this thread!------( Sounds like some very critical information that Jack should be made aware of in my opinion!).... #2.- If as you have stated some CVIA/WOTD people are involved in a bankrupt company that is still trading as a shell, then maybe a question that you could consider asking Jack, is why have they not considererd using that Shell Company for the WOTD Merger rather then going through all these logistical hoops and shareholder concerns on the CVIA Shell side? Frank! To me this sounds like very important , crucial and critical considerations! --- maybe the fact we have not yet received a press release is goods news thus far, in case Jack feels it appropriate that he follow up immediately with your expressed concerns!
