Shareholder mtg. info.... - Diversinet launched a new homepage today that should answer most of questions you had about the applications of diversinet technology, www.dvnet.com . - May 98' release will be met. The products that will be available are the "certificate server" and the "authentication server". Oct 98' is the release date for the "permit server". - Both Microsoft board of directors showed up, and "strongly" supported DVNT's technology and management team. My personal impression of the CEO and the CFO, was that they know what they are talking about and are capable of running an organization. - This year they said they would be building "infrastructure", to support their product. They will have a sales force in N. America of 6 people in place in next few months (got one already- Mona Doss). - Watch for the "private placements" and where they come from this will be key to determining what kind of support Diversinet has.
