There was a lot of mumbo-jumbo on the conference call about restructuring the company into a holding company, probably to distance the principals from the debt obligations, so its too early to understand how the debt will be structured. Regardless, it will put them into a heavy neg CF for a year or two.

I think the underwriters will be Goldman, Lehman, and Furman Selz.
