Erwin, this deal is accretitive...Don't expect any dilution...Chin, does not believe in Diluting shareholder value....Unquote. This deal was made possible by the strong Dollar...Furthermore with all the contracts that the aquisition has in place we can expect more and more revenues to come online in the future "VERY SOON".
