Really, who cares about these analysts downgrades, when they can upgrade internet stocks at this point. May be they want to buy it back in the low 50's before the run-up when LLY presents the Evista data at the May conference. What a joke! Anyway, just for the record:

Princeton, New Jersey, May 1 (Bloomberg) -- Eli Lilly & Co. (LLY US)
was downgraded to near-term ''accumulate'' from near-term ''buy'' by analyst
Richard R. Vietor at Merrill Lynch & Co. The 12-month target price is $82.00
per share. The long-term rating was also cut to ''accumulate'' from ''buy.''
