Matt. The latest SEC filing regarding the AGM on June 5th sets out employee/director compensation arrangements. Don Gangemi is on $150K plus a minimum $25K bonus and holding 100,000 options exercisable around $2.50. This must be a sign of what this man can deliver given he is earning only slightly less than the CEO. Would have liked to see the Board expanded with say a rep from Motorola etc to lock Cycomm into some long term beneficial relationship(s) for product distribution, development and sales. The Board could probably use more technological expertise...no disrespect to the present members. Rob
