Gary,
question relates to no particulary company but to bankrupcies as a whole. While researching Cincinnati Microwave (CNMWQ) I noticed that under its accepted plan of Reorg, the company is going to be liquidated and finally dissolved. What happens to the taxloss in such a situation ? The shares are going to be cancelled. Does this mean everything of that company is going to be wiped out of existance ? The assets ok - buit the shell also ? Why is it not used as a shell ? Or is it and I just don'T see it ?

regards
CROSSY
