Tom: Careful with the facts. As I recall, Naxos settled with the ASE after we sued their b**tts. However, the ASC investigation is not affected by that settlement and that is what is upcoming. In hindsight I think we can now say it was unwise not to have settled them both at the time we settled with ASE but that is now spilt milk. Perhaps with all the recent developments and departure of JJ, we might be able to settle up with the ASC as well. JLA
