Tulvio, I'm not sure about near term oil prices, but eventually rising global demand should move it up. Add to that the possibility of further OPEC cuts. My preference for the shallow drillers is that you can buy enormous appreciation that will eventually occur with stronger oil prices at very low prices. High value and high potential. Baird
