Company claims that they have not received correspondence concerning Section 144 stock and no filings were done by their office with the SEC in the month of April. Furthermore, they also say that the code 'S' stands for 'Shareholder of 10% or more'. According to Neal, they do not have any shareholders at the 10% mark that they are aware of, and have seen no evidence of filings with the SEC that would indicate we have a 10% shareholder.
