Since CSCO's market segment tends to be the "idiot" sector, that might be a problem. But before you guys get too comfortable blaming AT&T, note this #reply-4269668 : ...Other analysts were more concerned about the final leg of the three-part problem, in which the StrataCom switch failed to stop a storm of administrative alarms from coursing across the AT&T network of 145 switches...
