My thought was that this new area might actually set these guys(gals) free a little bit since there aren't a lot of comparisons yet. Also, some of these funds could stand out in a down market.

My understanding is that tax changes have made shorting a lot more viable. Can you give us the details on the 1997 tax law changes and the short/short rule ?
