*TO ALL* Yes, it's true. We were informed yesterday by the Nasdaq Stock Market that they had made a mistake and the symbol ASTS is already in use by a foreign company that trades on Nasdaq. So, as of Monday, May 4th, 1998, Airstar Technologies will be trading under the symbol ASTG. We sincerely apologize for any confusion that these symbol changes have caused. One devoutly hopes that this will be the final change. The name change and the symbol changes will not change your stock the status of you certificates. Xecom certificates are as tradeable as ever. In due course, you will be able to exchange your Xecom certs for Airstar certs through the transfer agent, Fidelity Transfer Company in Salt Lake City. The Board of Directors
