Just trying to share whatever info I had, which was Nasdaq's web site's latest as of yesterday...and as far as DD, having worked for a TAVA company for seven years, and watching up-close the goings on, I consider myself to know at least as much as the so-called analysts who don't often know how to ferret out what Paul Harvey would call "the rest of the story". <g> Relax.
