Thanks for the information.....since I am still pretty darn young....I haven't even thought about owning a residence so I never really knew all the laws that revolve around them....except from the concerns my parents have.

Since we are talking about primary residences...what do you think about the first time home buyer provision and higher education provision for the IRA's?
