Gee,I wonder if any of these states own shares of msft in their investment funds? Perhaps msft should look into revealing how these states are handling their investment in msft, on the eve of action against msft. I know the states would never do anything unethical, like hold shares in a company they sue for abusing monopoly power. Or better yet, sell shares prior to suing such company, and then buy shares back after the drop the lawsuits cause. I hope it will make interesting reading some day.
