Tzannes and Bender disagreed on pursuing an
acquisition. Board backed Tzannes. Nothing
left for Bender to do but leave.

Speculation on my part but seems most likely
scenario given the facts we know.

I think we can conclude AWRE's for sale and
probably to LUCENT. Now its only a matter of
price.
