Dear DD: In all fairness your statement: I have lost all trust in both managment and their underwriters as a result of the conference call debacle. does not square with the people who have talked directly with management and found them to be honest and forthright. I can understand your anger. I bet its as much the SURPRISE as the loss. However, at this point I am not convinced management did anything bad at least knowingly. I have been involved in MANY IPO's as a CPA. I have worked closely with some of the biggest investment bankers in the business. I can tell you when they get involved they know MORE about their client than his PROCTOLOGIST. They get right up there where the sun dont shine. So I fail to see how this surprised them unless they have a young analyst who doesnt know what he is doing. I tend to think there is something else behind this. Dont yet know what it is but sure trying to find out. JDN
