More details from Trip Porterfield: NRID's software already works with Veridicom's chip, algorithm, and home grown fingerprint scanner. NRID is an official partner of Veridicom. The Keytronic keyboard with Veridicom's chip is still in the future. The Cogent quarterly payment has not been made yet, but will be made within the deadline (2 weeks left). The $10 mil payment in '99 is an option payment to extend the license for $10 more years. They are not required by contract to make the payment and will probably not extend the license. They don't need to extend the license now that they have a myriad of algorithms already licensed. The Computer Associates award was big news and they will echo the PR. They got $40,000 cash for the win! The Master Reseller agreement is not with Compaq and doesn't involve any hardware producers. It is a company that want to market and sell NRID's product to the healthcare industry. NRID would be left to make software and this new company would take care of all marketing and servicing of contracts. The company would initially purchase $2.9 mil worth of seat licenses and then purchase more when they sell those. Should be signed by May 12th!!! Quarterly Report should come out before annual meeting, May 12th! GO TEAM GO! -David
