Bill,

I was checking the Newbridge home page (news release archives) and I think your right except on Q4. Since their yearend is April 30th they have to end Q4 on that date - ie Q4 last year ended on Wed., April 30th. So if they're going to preannounce, today after closing would probably be the earliest. That's my best guess!
