I sent Synthonics an email from their webpage yesterday, and this is a record of the correspondence:

I said:

At your stockholders' meeting about 3 weeks ago, FMichael said you'd be filing with the SEC by the end of April. Did you make it? Any other news? The stock still seems awfully listless. What happened with the big Smithsonian press conference? Inquiring investors want to know!

and they said: (a company officer; I didn't ask for permission to put this on this board wo he'll remain nameless)

Yes! We filed on Tuesday. It will take 30-60 days for the SEC to review and respond to the filing...then approve it. 118 pages...it is in their court now.

The press conference went well. One press conference that made the local San Antonio papers. One presentation to Smithsonian benefactors at a 160-person sit-down catered diner also went well. I believe the money will flow to fund the main project and then we come in as a part of that. The same presentation was given this week to a broad audience at the Smithsonian in Washington...went very well! We can't take lead on PR where the Smithsonian is concerned...we must follow. However, they appear to be moving on it...maybe with the speed of a government bureaucracy...but they like it and are moving on it. We will make our PR noise when it is appropriate to do so.

Thanks for the email. Thanks for believing in us and the technology (the generic morphing patent, which is very significant, issued this week). I feel strongly that this will be a good year for Synthonics.

I think this sounds positive. I know the patent is good news - I hope they issue a PR on that.
