$300M in potential orders after FCC approval with 21M float. Let's see 300/21=14.29 1/1 ratio. Even if we take a 1/10 ratio it's still $1.43 period. That is 4.77 times the current price!! JeffG EDIT are they stealing shares above the ASK!!! Trades going off at .32 and .33 big blocks with the ASK at .30????
