I agree, originally I was looking for a buy out....but, I think there is a "bigger" opportunity here. Does the ARTT deal add anything to the acquisition of Midcom's PacNet through it's affiliation with Unispan?

Jason, are you aware that Winstar's CFO, Charles Dickson, spent 9 years with MCI?
