Matty, I am not concerned about losing operations before acquisition. I want to know what remains, and how it will be used with ESVS for NASDQ listing, expansion in future. What is source of your estimate re losses any way? How reliable is that source? You say you have been waiting 6 months, but for what? Are you going to buy back in? I doubt if you have waited for 6 months for 12/31 financials, since that was 4 months ago and I doubt if most companies could have audited financials before March or April under normal auditing schedules, etc. , without all transitions NETZ has experienced.
