Some observations:
1. If MM's control the price of the stock and they want it to go down after shorting AND they have a hypist on this thread, this person would not be telling you to sell. They would be telling you to hold. This is so the MM can drop the price as low as possible before people feel compelled to sell. They often work in pairs or one guy uses 2 different ID's. If they start imploring you to call in your certificates, run for the hills.
2. Ice Cube raised basic due diligence questions that experienced BB stock investors all are aware of. If he were a hypist for shorters he would be posting much more frequently, comes with the job.
3. If you need someone on an SI thread to be boldly attacking those with basic questions concerning the stock in order to give you confidence in your holding, you don't have enough confidence to be owning the stock. Anyway, that's not what SI is about.
4. The fact that the IR person is pleasant on the phone means NADA. In the past, I've spoken personally with a (former) CEO who lied to me about the company.
5. This is a 'story stock' that probably has another run left in it before it begins to prove itself one way or another. Unless it's a total scam.
6. From the Website: >>PNLK has mailed, on a test basis to numerous countries, a promotional package that has a return of over 10% ...far greater than the standard 2%. ,All returns included checks. << What does that mean? I don't see the word 'subscribers' anywhere.
7. From the Website: >>What form of banking and financing facilities will PNLK provide to its membership? Transaction financing takes many forms including: * Financing a Purchase Order * Posting a letter of credit * Posting back to back letters of credit * Financing the supply of parts required by a manufacturer to complete an order * Financing letters of credit * Exim Bank guarantees * ECGD Credit guarantees * Canadian export credit guarantees All financial services are available on line and all are income producing to PNLK.<< Is PNLK registered as a bank/financial services corporation? Are they actually guaranteeing/putting up capital in the form of financing? Where is the capital base for this? Or who do they deal with to handle such financing? Waiting to hear back from the company on this. Investor Relations did not know anything about it.
All IMHO, to no one in particular. Let's hope it takes off.
