Hi Richard. The loss was not entirely due to attorneys' fees. My reading of the 10K is that they lost $1,106,166 for fiscal 1996 while the lawyers got their hands in CIST's pocket to the tune of $845,000. Thus, even without the lawyer's fees they would have lost approximately $261,000. I am also bothered by the fact that their sales have steadily gone down; from $1,025,397 in 1992 to $562,161 in fiscal 1996. Hopefully with their new found wealth they can turn the situation around. I've always found Richard Harmon's sage advice worthwhile. His interest has piqued mine so I will continue to look it over.
