Well put Len. Again, Peter, it is great to have your input - hearing from you on a more regular basis would also be helpful, or having someone at Datek to communicate to us customers. A continuing item of great irritation of course is the whole check writing fiasco. Still no word, and no action. These are the kinds of things that have caused the "pointless flaming" which I see as people trying to discharge their frustrations. I also the agree that the new web site design is a failure. What are the usage rates for the new web site vs. the classic site. Nobody wants lots of graphics which slow down load times unless you have a T1 line which most of us don't. I think getting back to basics and remembering the roots would help in getting back the magic. Most importantly listening to the customers is number one and then responding regularly. Robert Reiff
