All: Some various things:

1) Smith Barney put out a harshly negative report, and ASND/CSCC didn't take it too badly--This shows of positive news momentum, for those of you who read my momentum paper. And positive news momentum tends to last for a while....

2) I'm personally looking for the NASDAQ to hit ~1365 before the end of January.

3) Bond market is doing superb! This is always bullish for stocks.

4) Market is regaining a lot of the buying momentum. Similar to what we saw in the spring (not in May). Right now, all the money is pouring into the largest caps. Soon, the money will pour into the smaller and smaller names as well (note, that it will keep going into the largest caps as well).

5) PC Demand is booming! Thank Microsoft for Windows NT 4.0, which corporations can't get enough of. We are going to see a huge corporate upgrade cycle to Pentium Pro systems on an NT network. Of course, hundreds of technology companies are going to get a piece of this action. From box-makers, to networkers.

Good luck,

Sal Habash

P.S. For my time-saving convenience (I've got school to worry about), I am going to post a similar letter to this is various threads.
