Greetings, Raefon.

Re: Insight on Insider Selling. I also had been concerned about insider selling and registrations to sell when I called the CFO. His response allayed my concerns. One of the insiders (Ken Miller) is 70 years old and has been routinely selling small lots. He holds about 100K shares. The interesting thing is his shares are sold through a blind trust and even he doesn't know when the shares are sold.

Because the blind trust has no access to company inside information, the timing of blind trust selling can not be assumed to be prescient. Another insider registered about 2000 shares in the past few days and I believe the situation is similar: a retired insider who seeks portfolio diversification. From discussion with Randy, the subliminal message I got was that these events should not be of any concern.

You might want to give Randy a call to confirm for yourself.

In my view, market misperception of insider selling always creates fine buying opportunities. This may be one of them. I've recently added to my position in this regard.
