Hello Stan:

With the financing closed, Banro now will be commencing drilling/work programs Twangiza (~30 days) and Namoya (~60 days). Phase one Drill results expected next week from Twangiza. The company is heading forward in getting a 20F listing which will enable a full "blue sky" listing in the US as well as completing a prospectus locally. The prospectus will clear the stock for trading in Canada as well as finally giving Banro the ability to get listed on the TSE.
