Well even if nobody else is excited I sure am. I just finished talking to Mike M and figured I would share the info.

ú Merger should happen in about 4 to 6 weeks and then we become a reporting company overnight.
ú We saved a ton of money and time by going the merger route. The cost of 5% dilution is relatively inexpensive compared to most merger shell deals (10 - 20% dilution). The amount of time saved is the key because we could have possibly been tied up in the reporting process for 6 months or longer, while paying lawyers $200-300/hour. The idea of it only costing 25K was extremely ludicrous.
ú We will probably keep the Coconino name but change it slightly (maybe Coconino Environmental Resources). Which brought up the point of future focus. Which will be expanding EnviroTech and doing more oil and gas. In the future we MAY spinoff Ad-Hatters and LPS into own public companies or sell them for big profit.
ú Also he stated about if the stock could just stabilize over the $1 dollar mark there would definitely be some major investors coming in.
ú But the most interesting thing I got out of conversation is that they are talking to a real "heavyweight" (extremely high profile) about coming onto their Board of Directors. Obviously, he could not mention his name, but said he is a retired senior, senior Executive of one of the biggest companies on the planet. His coming on board which could happen this summer would open so many avenues and doors that would not have been opened before.
