Exploration
An exploration drilling program has started at the Wilson Creek project in Nevada, a joint venture with Golden Chief Resources Inc. The program will test newly identified Carlin-style gold targets on the property as well as follow-up on the encouraging drill results achieved in late 1997.
Data compilation is nearly complete for the Railroad project at the southern end of the Carlin Trend in Nevada. Several high quality targets have emerged on the 55 square mile property. Permits to begin drilling in June will be submitted shortly to test the Elliott High Ranch, LT and Bunker Hill areas. The project is a joint venture with Mirandor Explorations Inc.
