Robert, Good points. As far as the banking-- they can do an offshore Corp.-- they do not need USA bank. That is where most LOC are issued BTW. I do have one problem with your post: You seem that we are all naive investors and you are some really experienced musician/investor? Give me a break. "Danger Will Robinson!" or something. I fund companies before they go public. Have been doing it for a while. Also, have been investing for 14 years. BB's for 5 years. The things you ask for are in REPORTING companies. This is the BB World. Basically Vegas meets Wall Street. You ask good questions-- but you need to stick with fully reporting companies. We are all grown-ups. BB's ALWAYS have these questions. ALWAYS. As for the MM manipulations, WHY HAVE THESE PEOPLE SHOWN UP AT THE END OF THE MONTH? JUST OUT OF THE GOODNESS OF THEIR HEARTS? JEEZZZ... EVERYONE HAS AN AGENDA. This is a story stock.
