PNLK is using a company called ANS (owned by America Online - Worldcomm) to host the site. It costs $2000/month & $2500 startup fee for the service. I looked at who the domains PNLK.COM and PRONETLINK.COM belong to and it is legit. The domains are registered under the CEOs name and the TCP/IP address is on ANS's server.
