According to a conversation I had with the IR, no foreign money is involved in this operation. On the other hand, she knew nothing about financing...........period. If a bank, anywhere, is involved why aren't they mentioned?
I read the piece at the link you mentioned. Interesting. I didn't know about it.
My post was not meant for experienced investors. Like all SI posts, if it doesn't pertain to you - skip it. I do disagree with your generalizing your, or my, level of experience to all who are here. And, no, I was not being patronizing.
